Oven and Oven Top New Install

An Oven to be put into a space currently used as a cupboard, under where the current oven top is. The rough dimensions of the cupboard space are w 95cm x h 75cm height and the dimensions of the proposed oven are w 76cm x h 69 cm.
The inside of the cupboard is laminate, has a current electricity point, gas to the oven top and the external doors are wood (recently painted). I imagine that the new oven would sit at the top of the space with capacity for me to add a small drawer / hinge door at the bottom, possibly at a later date (storage for trays)?
In addition we would like a new oven top installed to replace the existing oven top - moving possibly from a 60cm to an up to 90cm (bench top is stone).
