Oven repair- La Germania Brand

The oven brand is a La Germania, the bottom element not heating up sufficiently and some of the settings arent working eg: light.
Initially the oven exploded and we called the electrician that repaired the circuit breaker and the point on the wall that burnt out.
The oven is working however not efficiently and we need a oven specialist to repair these issues!
