Hi I would like to complain about Sam from Melbourne Domestic. I have a tenant that has not been able to use the oven for the past 2-3 weeks. Contact numbers were given to tenant as well as the real estate agent and he does not pick up his phone. The first time the tenant's mobile number was 1 digit incorrect which was corrected in the first few days and apparently from since then he has not called the tenant or the agent back. Maybe should re-consider putting on your service if he does not get back to people.
