bottom oven stopped working halfway through cooking dinner. bottom oven light come on, dial light indicates it is on, fan spins, but element does not heat up. the top oven doesn't work at all, not light against the temperature dial, an does not spin, element does not heat up.
loking to see if it can be repaired reasonably cheaply.
