The job to repair my oven (was not holding temperature) was attended to but I still don't have a working oven and have not seen one receipt for the two visits that were made! During the first visit, Sam advised he might be able to fix the issue by relacing a part. The part was replaced a few days later with the advice that if it did not work, it could be returned as it came with a three month warranty. The part has not worked. I have tried to reach Sam re: no receipts via email and text and the fault not being fixed through voicemail message and text. Have heard nothing. So I have paid for a dodgy job and part and still have a dodgy oven.
