I require a refrigeration techniian to come out to look at the Polo Cool PC-58AP/C 20,000 BTU (6.0kw).
The unit isn't going into cooling mode.
Fading in and put humming noise
All lights on display screen operating.
Fan operating.
Everything all good besides the refrigerate not turning on after the allocated (3 minute time) of turning it on. Fan speed is on high.
It's on cooling mode
I set the temperature to 18 degrees when first starting up.
Just fan air not cold.
This started / noticed Monday 9th Feb when an extension cord and power cord from air con unit were very hot.
I purchased a new extension cord and attached the power cord from the air conditioner to the new extension cord and same power point same room.
Then the cold air wasn't working.
