I received a call this morning and explained the problem to them in detail.\r\nI was informed of the callout charge as well as the fee to look at the unit ($40) and was told that I could either opt for the call-out or bring theunit in to their store to have it looked at.\r\nNot knowing what is actually wrong with the unit, they can\'t provide a quote off-hand.
