Re-do the rangehood ducting through a tile roof

The rangehood is a Qasair which required wider than normal diameter ducting. A "builder" did a BAD custom job & made his own rectangular sheet metal ducting - the roof leaks on heavy rain and vermin get into the ducting in the ceiling cavity. The job needs to be re-done with new ducting from inside the roof cavity & out through the roof.
