We have a Samsung LED TV that has a dvd hdd and playstation connected to it by hdmi cables. When watching either appliance through the hdmi connection the screen become red based and the picture is distorted. We are continually have to resort to watching these units via the older 3 red, yellow & white cable connections. The fact that 2 appliances are causing the same issue indicates to me it is the tv not the hdd as first thought.
