LG washing machine (Model WD-1015FB) has a blockage at the entrance of the drain filter. The offending item is stuck at the junction of the drain filter and the pipe leading into it. During high water flow, the item blocks the end of the pipe, preventing flow to the drain filter and drain.
The item is a plastic disc about the size of a 10 cent piece.
