Having trouble turning on. Need to disconnect power MANY times before we can turn on at tv or remote. Sometimes green light will come on(when trying to turn on) and then seems to pulse. Sometimes there is no light but if we wait a few minutes green light will come on (still no picture) and sometimes it will go green for a few seconds and then flick back to red. Eventually it will come on after many attempts (sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes of trying)
