Melbourne Domestic Appliances responded to the job ad immediately and was very prompt /professional initially in his manner to fix the dishwasher. 2 visits and 3 hours later he assured us that the dishwasher was fixed. Unfortunately the dishwasher is not fixed and we are now out of pocket $175 .00. He will not respond to our calls and believes he has done everything possible to fix our dishwasher and the next step is to take our washer to a factory for testing. Is this guy serious? like we would also hand over our dishwasher? Stay away from this person :) His a great talker but obviously not qualified to fix Smeg dishwasher. Should have gone through the professional services of Smeg :)
