The oven is not heating up. When turning on the lights go on, the fan spins and it makes all the right sounds but the temperature does not climb above 100. The grill is working normally and using a combination of the grill and oven the temperature in the oven can be raised to about 150. Also would like a look at a broken clip opn the oven door that holds the glass internally.
