Repair fisher & pykel dishwasher leaking from seals control panel loose

The seal on the dishwasher has come away from the edge of the dishwasher and the dishwasher leaks everytime it is used. also the control panel is loose and the screws that hold the door and then inner part of the dishwasher together have eroded. it is a fisher and paykel. is it worth fixing and what would the call out fee be before any work is done. thanks....judy
