Repair GE side by side fridge / freezer not cold enough

GE side by side fridge / freezer approximately 7.5 years old is not keeping cold enough. Seems to be running of - normal motor / compressor start & stop, but bread & ice-cream are soft in the freezer, and milk is not quite cold enough in the fridge. Have adjusted thermostat slightly, doesn't seem to make a difference. Was running OK a couple of days ago.
