my washing machine (lg wd14700rd) is unable to drain water out of the drum. it makes a slightly different noise when attempting to perform a drain cycle. i have cleared out the filter and checked the drain hose. the drain hose had a kink in it and is now broken in two. the lg help centre have advised me that i will need a new drain hose and i may need a new drain pump depending on whether there is a mechanical issue.
