Repair my Delonghi oven

My Delonghi Domfp oven needs to have the heating elements replaced in the main (lower/larger) oven. The serial number stamp on the oven says it is a Domfpsi model. I would also like the cooling fan to be either cleaned out or replaced as it is currently very noisy.
