Dishwasher not functioning properly, dishes come out still dirty and wet. When a dishwasher cleaner was put inside the dishwasher, it didn't work as the wax seal didn't melt, when it was set to a pot wash.
Therefore it appears as though the water is not heating up and the dry function is not working.
I would like to understand pricing structure (how you charge, eg: call out fee, travelling charges, etc.) and what form of payment you accept.
Westinghouse Dishwasher- unsure of model and age (likely to be between 4-8 years old).
