DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*****He attempted to repair of my ASKO dishwasher and confirmed that a main board was faulty. He could not get a replacement board from ASKO and suggested getting It repaired. I found a reputable repairer and did as he advised, then for 2 weeks I was calling him multiple times and waiting for a Call back after numerous calls and SMSs to SAM to come back and finish the repair service he promised. NO RESPONSE, NOT INTERESTED IN FINISHING THE JOB. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE DEALING WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND SIMPLY LIES WHEN THINGS GET A LITTLE OUT OF THE ORDINARY. Fortunately, only after an idle threat and probably around 30 Calls, he finally (via SMS as he was not man enough to Talk to me like a man) arranged to refund my $85 Call out/repair fee.

Very helpful over the phone. Call out seemed competative but they were busy. They offered to get it done on Saturday but I decided to choose someone that could get it done quicker.
