Ash was fast to respond to the ad and sounded confident and competent on the phone. He came around to put in a new water valve, unfortunately the problem was more than that, the control board needed replacement. He kept in contact to see if I needed recommendation to buy a new machine or is keen to replace the board. It took some time to find a second hand board that was functioning, but he certainly put in the effort of getting it working again and it is now all fixed and I am a happy customer.
