Hi we a 6 burner smeg cooktop and oven. Today when turned onto the normal fan forced oven setting it failed to heat up. The fan sounds like its working, and it appears to slowly heat up on some of the other settings but takes a very long time. It was in the house when we bought it 2 years ago so I don't have the model number or instruction manual.
