Repair treadmill 70626 motor won't run

I have used a multimeter and found that no power gets to the terminals that run the motor when start button pressed. One day it was working then next day it wouldn't run. Fuses check, both good. no visible signs of burning and didn't smell anything. Control panel has power and all lights work. Have checked wires and all appear ok. There are no lights on the control board to see if working. There are no clicking sounds.
