Selim holds himself out as an expert on servicing washing machines. In my experience this is not the case. Selim diagnosed that our motor was gone on our washing machine and needed replacement. I asked if there was an option to fix the motor and he said no. A new motor was going to cost a lot so I sought another opinion from another service expert. This person came and within 15 mins had the machine running as new...at a lot less money than a new motor. The fix was something different in the motor to what Selim had said. Selim\'s response was that he had diagnosed it correctly as the motor was faulty. I dont think so! The fault was something different to what Selims had said and also it could be fixed! While Selim was courteous and responsive I was disappointed with his advice and would not use him again or recommend him to fix a Bosch Washing machine.
