I was contacted promptly by a person from this company by phone on 30 Jan. The person who contacted me on the 30th was called ***. They contacted me by email again the same day saying they were sourcing parts. They have not responded to my emails since. I have decided to complete the repair myself (I was a qualified plumber). The part is a standard 260C thermostat control which I can obtain from several suppliers. I suspect this company may deal with only the most trivial of repairs, oven light globe replacement, new knobs, and the like, I will not use them again!
