dish-washing machine remaines on 'pumping water out' or 'water in' phase/mode showing f4. holding the start button in has no effect to end programme with pump continuing to pump, nor did turning the control knob to off (it turned the machine off but when turned on again, was in the same mode, showing f4). if left off for 1 hr or more, then it clears until till you go to set the programme & press the on button.
