Replace a rangehood

I have a Technica 600mm Rangehood Slideout (SL10160l-3 or SRECO160I-2, not sure which one) and I want to replace it with a 600mm Ilve 75G. I havent bought the replacement yet but first I need advise if I can really fit the new one into the place of the old one without major dramas. After I order it, it will arrive in about 3 weeks, this is what I've been told then we can organize for a day to be installed.
