I was cooking shanks, two hours into a three hour job (yes annoyed) when the oven went off, it was the switch in the fuse box, I turned that back to on, the oven fan and lights came on, but it did not heat up any more! Someone has said it is the element.... of course it may not be... but that is the best guess!

I could not have been happier, Selim called on time everytime he said he would, with updates on the part I needed and when he could fix the oven. He was polite, friendly, fast, tested the part after it was installed and showed me exactly what the problem was and explained it. He was on time, when he came to install the new part, and fitted in with me when I was going to be home... I will use this service again if I need to had highly recommend!
