A new thermo coupler was installed through a plumber on this site in june. it was successful because i could not get it to light before hand. however ten minutes after he left the gas went out. he returned and suggested i keep the thermostat control up high. it worked for a few weeks but now is doing the same thing. when the gas is alight and operating and heating, the unit shuts off suddenly after between 2 and 20 mins. i need a plumber that can really get to the bottom of the problem please!
