I have a side by side Samsung fridge with ice maker , the cooler compartment has stopped works ( constantly at room temper 11-16C ) but the freezer side is still working.

Melbourne Domestic Appliance was the worst service provider I had experienced so far, They came on time for the first time, but after checking my fridge (Cost me $120) and told me they will get the parts ( around $240) then come back with in 2-3 days. I waited and waited after a week, they called me back said will return on Saturday (1week later) I seat home whole day waited for them to turn up but they never did, not answering they phone, simply just disappeared. Don't use Melbourne Domestic Appliance, they will charge you for just checking your appliance, then disappear!
