THE ICE /WATER WAS INSTALLED BY ELECTRICIAN AFTER FRIDGE WAS INSTALLED 2 YEARS AGO, AND HAS ONLY BEEN A PROBLEM SINCE JANUARY 2011 HAVE TAKEN OFF THE FLOW RESTRICTOR AND WATER FLOWS QUICKLY ONCE RESTRICTOR IS IN PLACE PROBLEM IS EVIDENT
