We purchased this washing machine in January 2007 and have had no problems till now. Have recently moved, and wonder whether problem may be to slight slope of floor in laundry. Chocked washing machine and checked with spirit level. Consulted manual and emptied filter and drained. Then tried to do a cycle again and same problem.
