My Samsung TV (Model Number LA46M81BDX/XSA version SX06) is having an issue with powering on.
The LED flickers then the relay clicks on and off repeatedly. It cycles through this a few times and then eventually will come on. I believe it is a problem with one or more faulty or leaking capacitors.
i have been told this is also a known issue with Samsung LCD TVs made around 2008 -2009 and in the US they had a class action lawsuit which forced Samsung to repair the TVs for free but there is no such directive here in Australia.
So short story - I believe I need someone to replace the capacitors - my soldering skills arent up to par or i would do it myself...
