Service on a gas Vulcan Wall Furnace

We have a Vulcan wall furnace (not sure how old) that needs to be serviced. It says that it should be serviced every 2 years, however we have lived here for 3 1/2 years and haven't been able to find someone to service it. It would be great if we could have it done as soon as possible.
