Not happy. For some reason removed, and then lost the front door cover off my vintage VCR. The door had managed to stay attached for 26 years, yet they managed to remove and lose it in less than four weeks. No compensation, no nothing. How difficult can it be? Why remove the door in the first place? So I would suggest not taking anything there, as you'll get it back with parts missing.
