They gave their name as 'All suburbs Electirical' not 'Elite'. Even though we couldn't get the machine fixed - it's dead - The service guy (Trevor) was curtious, friendly, on time and helpful. We liked the idea of a set rate rather than a service call plus, plus - no nasty surprises. We will call them again should the need arise and recommend them to others.
