Simpson esprit oven repair - not heating

We currently have a Simpson Esprit (model number: 63c906s.13, serial number: 30911059).
The oven does not heat up, but the griller section works in the oven.
Not sure if due to thermostat or element that is not working. The light comes on the the dial seems to work when turned, but no heat.
