Dishwasher not working in my tenanted unit. previously has been stuck in cycles and not clicking over. has been tempremental for a couple of years. tenants have advised me that it is just not working at all. they had a plumber look at it, he unblocked pipe and the sinks pipe but it hasn't fixed it. i'm not sure whether to have it fixed or replace it, so gathering quotes at the moment. i would say it is over 5 years old.
