Smeg SA990XR Fan forced oven - Turned oven on as normal, and 15 minutes later realised the oven was not heating as it should. The fan works fine but little or no heat from the oven. Has not worked since.

Answered my call within half an hour and came the following day. He new what the problem was by a chat over the phone and it was fixed within a very short time. He was on time and also gave me a tip on how to remove the oven door for cleaning. Would definately use him again. Thanks
