i have this sonic plasma 42" model qv 420ph/2 that i bpught from jb hi fi. last friday night while i was watching the tv picture went off and never came back. i tried switching off and on the power point but it did 'nt work.
sonic service do not provide any service outside warranty and they suggested any local repairer.
so i chose you

Prompt in picking up the set but it took a while after my follow up to get a quote for parts and if labour is included will overtake the cost of the set. i decided not to go ahead as four boards need to be replaced. $65 for pick up and another $85 and i need to pick it up from their shop. Funnily enough if i chose not to pay the $85 they would retain the set. Not worth .
