St George oven fan not spinning and element not heating up

I have a St George oven model # WEO 6 No: N167 240v serial #15188 approx 19/ 20 years old. The fan force does not work - element not heating up nor does the fan spin but you can hear the motor of the fan running. The 'normal oven' works ok but seems to burn the base of food. Is it worth getting fixed, is it an easy job? Approx how do you charge for the service call out?
