Stop my TV flickering pls

I have an 18 month old telefunken TV. After 5-10 minutes of it being turned on, it starts to flicker. Sound is ok. Checked S cable. That seems ok. Turned off and back on, it still flickers. Up close to TV, can hear it flickering.
