The burners in my kitchen stove top (SIMPSONS brand) do not ignite when I turn the knob ON. I can see the spark and can hear it too. But it does not ignite a flame in the burner. On the other hand, I am able to ignite a flame if I use a gas lighter. I need someone to look at it - do the burners just need cleaning or do they need repair ?
