Technogas elec oven, fan works but no heat being produced

My technogas oven (gas hobs but electric oven) has stopped working. the grill works inside the oven but the actual oven won't work. the fan works but there is just no heat being produced.
i am away from 29 aug to 10 sept but am available today and tomorrow, and then from 11 sept. would really like to get this fixed asap. happy for electrician to come at nighttime.
will only be on landline number above today and tomorrow during working hours. pls use mobile all other times. will be uncontactable from 29 aug - 10 sept even on mobile.
