Panasonic Rear Projection TV TX-51P15 won't turn on. Red standby light is on; then when remote used to power on the green "on" light comes on for one second then cuts out. Power problem? Also where power cable connects at rear a bit wobbly & "crackly". TV 8 yrs old, never needed service or repair, worked perfectly until today.
