Sam is hard working and accommodated our busy work schedule to look after us. Unlike other tradesmen i've encountered - Sam was always in contact and answered his phone when called - when he arrived he was enthusiastic and hard working. I got the impression he really enjoys what he is doing. He was very thorough and found the problem with our wall oven, fixed it and we were back baking. All in all a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back for any domestic appliance malfunction.
