Treadmill Power First T950 service

I have a Power First T950 which hasn't been used for a few years but have recently started using it again.
It is coming up with an E1 error at times + the last time i used it a few days ago i smelt something coming from the motor area.
Could you please tell me what your call out fee is and then your charges per however minutes beyond that. It needs a service but has not been used in total much.
I live at Modbury Heights.
