Treadmill repair - electrical problem & running belt adjustment

The treadmill has been operating soundly however i havent been lubricating the treadmill. Suddenly ive been hearing a rattling noise as well an electrical smell.
Also, the running belt needs adjustment as its shifted to the right side, I would have dne it however ive misplaced the allen key for it.
Id really like somebody's assistant please
