The actual dishwasher works, but the problem is that the door spring has gone so it dropped open to the floor and the plastic covering at the top of the door smashed - the plastic corner is broken into many fragments. The whole door may need replacing OR if a replacement plastic console cover could be fitted along the top of the door that would be okay. The right hand top corner (where the round dial is) is the part that has smashed. We do not want to relace the dishwasher entirely as it works well.
