Samsung J845 door won't open. I have tried putting on a cycle and it locking, then waiting for it to unlock. Turning off at the powerpoint, I have tried opening the filter cover and following the guide to manually open (as I have a whole load of clothes in there) and my machine actually doesn't have that option. Something has gone amiss with the door and I haven't noticed any problems opening it at all since I've had it. It's just all of a sudden happened and now won't open.
Is it easy to fix? Will it cost much? And can I get Samsung parts if needed?
