The washing machine started making a very loud thumping noise. it wasn't overloaded at all, but now the seal around the drum is warped. so it looks as though the drum is off kilter. it needs to be fixed. it is really new and probably still under warranty but i bought it off a friend who can't find me the purchase details so i have to get it fixed without the warranty.
